NBA Live 2005 update (this is what I do when I should be studying)
I am in season 2 of my Charlotte Bobcats franchise. After missing the playoffs last year and getting the 10th pick in the draft (i drafted some shitty shooting guard) i also signed free agents Stromile Swift and Grant Hill. I am now 6-3 and leading my division. (the season is only like 26 games or something) Before my first year i traded some players and was able to get Devean George and Ben Gordan who have been key role players this year. Gordan actually won rookie of the year last year, and Emeka Okafor won league MVP after leading the league in rebounds and blocks, and being top five in ppg. So this year, I am dominating, with the starting lineup of:
C- E. Okafor
PF- S. Swift
SF- D. George
SG- B. Gordan
PG- G. Hill
yes, I know that Grant Hill is a small forward, and that he is old and has been hurt a lot, but he has the best ball handling and passing skills on my team, and we know he has 29 triple doubles in his NBA career (real life, not xbox) so he can fill up a stat sheet. He just so happens to be leading the league (xbox) in Points Per Game, and Steals per game, while being top 10 in assists per game. Early in the season he is the 2nd leading candidate for league MVP, behind Okafor who is again leading the leage in RPG and BPG and is second on the team in PPG.
Maybe now i should study.
