20 June 2005
Its now almost 4am, which mean's its almost 9am in Dublin, meaning that I have more or less been awake for 25 hours. And for some reason I am not retiring just yet. The trip was an amazing experience, full of lots of fun, lots of laughs, lots of stories, and lots of friends, and I'm sure that some of those stories and memories will appear here in the coming days and weeks. For now lets just say its a good thing I had "3 hour" layovers at both of my stops today, because after delays I really didn't have much time, oh and after waiting in a really long Q at Heathrow for Philly passengers who were in serious need of a plane. So Once we finally got over the ocean, the in flight entertainment had to be reset 3 times, and they were out of chicken for dinner. The lasagne was good though, and I enjoyed Million Dollar Baby, a nice break from my 300+ pages of reading. For some reason I couldn't sleep... maybe it was the fact taht it was 11pm (Ireland time) and still very bright outside, strange. So when I finally get home, guess what, US Air has lost my luggage, great, thanks guys, I am going to complain and hope to get compensated. The great thing is, this is the second time in 34 days that my luggage has been lost, last time it was by British Airways, and it also involved my luggage being left in Philly, they got it corrected and drove it out to me the next day, but still, my mates didnt appreciate me having to wear the same dirty clothes I had traveled in again. So basically, every time ive flown (or tried to fly) through Philly I have encountered either insane delays, or lost luggage. So, AVOID flying through the ILLaDelph at all costs. And I can't look at my pictures yet b/c I lost my battery charger. Genius, but not as Genius as the bartender at Guinness who thought she could get away with ripping us off. Nice Try Bitch, hope you get fired.
Since I'm still not really tired I guess I'm obligated to facebook for at least five minutes.
