Two guys from the real world came to campus last night to talk about race relations, which you know is a favorite subject of mine, however, the real world is not a favorite show of mine, and i forgot to go to the forum. One of my friends did however go, and the following is what transpired:

"Tonight Nehemia and Abe spoke at Wait Chapel in front of about 40 people concerning race relations, so i decided to ask a question:
Me-So Nehemiah, since you were there, was Jason drunk when he hooked up with Jessica in front of LC?
Nehemiah- (blank stare for about 15 seconds, two people in the audinence are cracking up, the others either don't get the joke or think i am an asshole) Since i was there?
Me- Yeah
Nehemiah- Since I was where?
Me- On Laguna Beach
Nehemiah- I wasn't on laguna beach man, i was on real world
Me- Oh, well, my bad
N- Do you have a real question?
Me- Yeah, do you think Affirmative Action perpetuates racism?
N- Um...that's a good question, (silence for about 20 seconds this time, and then he rambles off some incoherent answer, in which he keeps asking me if this makes sense)"

Wake football season is done again, and no bowl game for the third straight year. Man that seattle bowl victory seems really sweet right about now. Chris Barclay did lead the ACC in rushing for the third straight year though, and became WFU's all time career leading rusher. Congrats Chris.
