NC ABC laws suck. Clubs and bars that want to serve liquor and not food have to be private clubs? Now, most places it seems dont follow this law to the preverbial "T" if you will. For example, Burke St. Pub in W-S just has you sign in at the door, and I've never even done that in Chapel Hill. But apparently club Local 506 is a members only type of place where they enforce this law and tell you all about it on their website. Jerks.
